SERIOUSLY AND NON-SERIOUSLY ABOUT THE LIVES OF TRANS PEOPLE

Who are trans people? Is there a guaranteed way to tell if you are trans? How are they perceived by the Czech legislation? And where do trans people actually go to the bathroom? The answers to these questions and more will be answered on 29 March at 6 PM at a lecture and discussion with Lexie, a member of Transparent, an organisation that defends the rights and interests of trans, non-binary and intersex people. Admission to the lecture is free for all.
The Trans*parent z.s. organization works to promote rights and positive social change for transgender, non-binary and intersex people. The association was founded in Prague in spring 2015 due to the need for mutual sharing of information and experiences as well as policy change in the area of equality for transgender people. Thus, Trans*parent seeks to promote understanding and acceptance of trans, non-binary and intersex people on both a societal and legislative level.
