Treasure of the Gallery

DON’T SLEEP! Go to G18! This year we are also part of the Gallery and Museum Night in Zlin and we have prepared an interactive programme “For the Treasure of the Lady of the Gallery”. On Friday 17 May 2019 at G18 there will be lots of activities waiting for you. We are open from 3 PM to 10 PM. Do you want to go back to your childhood, while racing on the racetrack, or make your own diary? As part of the Zlin Gallery and Museum Night, we have prepared workshops that will delight both young and old. Under the guidance of Lucia Šiřinová and her ReTrace project, we will breathe life back into old banners and turn them into journal covers. Lovers of photography can try a special technique, which will be presented by Elsa Rauerová from the Atelier of Advertising Photography at TBU in Zlin, and writers will have the opportunity to embellish their texts with calligraphy, which will be presented by the Atelier of Graphic Design in Zlin. The production of diaries will be presented by students from the Glass Studio – TBU Zlin. Student films from the Audiovisual Arts Studio of FMC TBU will also be available for viewing throughout the afternoon and evening. Take advantage of the unusual opening hours from 3 PM to 10 PM. Don’t hesitate to come on Friday to discover all the treasures the Gallery has to offer!
