Gabriel Urbánek exhibition

Gallery G18 will open a new exhibition Over the Top, featuring the work of Gabriel Urbánek, a well-known photographer of glass objects. Due to the current pandemic situation, the exhibition will only be viewable through our gallery windows for the time being. The exhibition will be open from 11 February to 19 March. The exhibition of Gabriel Urbánek’s photographs will be complemented by unique artefacts, including works by Václav Cigler, Marian Karel, Dana Zámečníková and Stanislav Libenský. The exhibition itself aims to present the phenomenon of photography as a visual discipline that allows to view the content and visuality of a work, to develop it in a flat image and to further transform it.
